Furniture, Trees, and Smiles

The calendar says fall. The weather says mid-July! The happy activity at Lesley Ellis says school is fully underway.

That activity isn’t just confined to the classrooms and fields. Our new home continues to be spruced up as workers take care of minor punch list items around the school and offices and classrooms are outfitted with new furniture. The grounds outside of the School continue to be manicured and landscaped. On Monday, River Birch trees were delivered and planted (by parent Ali Karasic). One tree was the gift of the graduating Class of 2016 and dedicated to former middle school teacher (and current Lesley Ellis Advisory Board member), Polly Vanasse. The other tree was donated by the kindergarten class of 2017 in honor of kindergarten teachers Pat Lewis and Liam Nolan.
