A Program of Schools for Children

Summer Program 2021

Welcome to summer 2021!

Please note: registration for our summer program begins on January 6, 2021.

We have been working tirelessly to capture the essence and magic of the LES Summer Program for the summer 2021 program. We want your child to connect with friends, make new acquaintances, and to participate in fun and interesting programming! Our 2021 program is designed specifically to mitigate health issues while supporting camper’s development of new skills, team work all while having fun!

Please be sure to check out our COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures.

If you have any questions, please be in touch.

Sincerely,
Jeanette Keller, Auxiliary Programs Director

The world is a very different place this year. What hasn’t changed, however, is our incredible staff and their dedication to providing a stimulating and fun summer program to your children. We have developed a program that is both fun and educational; one that challenges them and allows them to think from new perspectives.

  • Young Adventurers: Entering Preschool (2.9) and Prekindergarten
  • Junior Discoverers: Entering Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade 1
  • Senior Explorers: Entering Grades 2–4
  • Trailblazers: Entering Grades 5–8

New 2 Week Sessions

This summer we have slightly changed the structure of our program to 2 week sessions. The Lesley Ellis Summer Program is designed around popular themes. Each two-week session is led by experienced early childhood, elementary and middle school educators from Lesley Ellis School, along with like-minded college students and other educational professionals. Throughout the summer children are immersed in hands-on explorations and experiences.

We look forward to a wonderful summer session in 2021 and hope you will join us for the fun. Please contact the auxiliary programs director Jeanette Keller directly if you have any questions or need additional information.

Swimming, Field Trips, and Late Afternoon Fun

We know that swimming and field trips have been a big part of every child’s summer. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to offer these activities this summer, and we have built in other types of water fun for all ages. Also, so we can maintain our cohort groups, all programming will end at 4:00 each day with no Late Afternoon Fun.
