More About Jennifer

Jennifer Dirga is an instructor for IDEAS: Initiatives for Developing Equity and Achievement for Students through the Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents. She provides course andprofessional development learning opportunities for school districts and community members. 

Previously, Ms. Dirga was the Director of Social Emotional andLearning at Project Adventure. For over 15 years she worked as aProgram Director, trainer and coach at the Open Circle through the Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College. In addition, Ms. Dirga is the school counselor at the Chestnut Hill School. Ms. Dirga currently presents at conferences throughout the country on DEI and SEL related topics.
